Mommy is taking lots of Vitamin C because she is sick too and I am giving her the gift of drinking water!
Sunday is GOD's day of blessings at our house always! Today HE indeed Blessed us all because I now have a few spoonfulls of can food in my tummy willingly! A little fuel to keep my 4 pounds of kittiness going for the day! I also drank lots of water this morning, from my bowl, my fountain and from the faucet in the kitchen sink. Mommy lifted me up because she didn't want me to fall back down again like I did Friday. My beans are so happy today that I am having a good start. Can you believe that Jeter thinks the BOSTON RED SOX are dediCATing the World Series to me!!?!??! Mommy will leave the TV on tonight so I can watch while she and Lapdaddy go to Church. Hope they get back home real fast! There is no place like home....no place better than home filled with love and comfort and compassion and humility. Mommy is learning buckets of things from me this week. As I am learning from ALL OF YOU my dearest friends. When mommy and I sat quietly together last knight, we saw angels sitting all around us in the dim light....guardians to keep the emptiness away.
I shared a happy day with mommy and the lapdaddy today...we snuggled on the floor...we watched the BOSTON RED SOX woop Colorado...I watched mommy smile as I suddenly darted off of my bed and rushed to hop up on lapdaddy's chest. I think I purrrrrred a little as I sat there warming myself close to his heart. When mommy went into the kitchen, I followed her. She quickly opened a can of fancy feast but all I did was lick it a little to make her happy then I went back to my blue fuzzy bed for the rest of the evening.
I wanted to show you the pretty card I got in the mail today. Mommy said Hope is a thing with wings. The crane knows which way it has to fly. A wise cat knows how to follow...
Bless you all so very much for coming to visit me today and showing me so much Love and Hope. You have left me 254 calling cards from all the farthest reaches of the world since mommy came home...I am never alone
