MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

Meet my sweet HENRY the VIII
Mancat extraordinaireHenry really knew how to relax on a hot summer's day Henry loved to be up high Today I want you all to meet my new furrrrend. You can see him off to the right side smiling at you! I have adopted a Squillion and his name is Henry the VIII. He is very special to me and my mommy. I once had a kitty who lived here with me for a little while. I wasn't always a very nice girl to him. He was the most gentle boycat my mommy ever met. His fur was soft as silk, his eyes soft blue green almonds. The funniest thing he did was to steal the plastic cherries out of the bowl and play soccer all over the house with them. He would carry them around in his mouth! One very sad morning Henry didn't wake up. His heart stopped and he went to the bridge all by himself with out anyone to cuddle him. It was on his 3rd birthday, mommy cried for days and days and days. HCM is a dreaded killer of Devon Rex kitties. I will nefurrr forget my sweet Henry boy.........Pixie is very special to me because she has gray furs like Henry. Her heart hurts too. She is always in my thoughts.
Henry was a wonderful mancat...I will always miss him...

always

Hi My lovely Miss Peachy,

I haven't been around because momma has been busy, busy, busy this weekend. Henry was a very handsome mancat and was tabby like me, which makes him extra special. I am sorry that he had such a short life but it sounds like it was full life.

Love Always,
Alicat

Dear Miss Peach,
In the first photo ... I thought you were with my brother Jeter!
Henry was very handsome. It sounds like he was a very special guy!
Congratulations on your new squillion Henry VIII ...
Here's a song for Cole:

"I'm Henry the 8th I am ...
Henry the 8th I am I am ...
I got married to the widow next door ...
She'd been married seven times before ..."

What a lovely, sweet tribute to Henry the VIII. I am so sorry that he went to the Bridge so early in life. It is very sad. It sounds like Henry was a wonderful, loving cat and he was very handsome.

Oh that is very sad and very sweet Miss Peach. He seems like he was a wonderful Man Cat. I hate these diseases, they are so unfair.

Henry the VIII was so handsome! The gray part of his furs look just like MY gray furs! Thanks for letting us see Henry. I can tell he was a very special cat.

I am very angry at this bad disease. I try to be very brave and not show that my heart is hurting. I been sick for 6 years now! My cardiologist is very surprised every 6 months when I show up for my echocardiogram.

I do not think Henry was all alone when he went to the Bridge. He knew he was surrounded by your love and this comforted him, so he could safely get to the Bridge. When it is my turn to go to the Bridge, I am going to be friends with Henry.

Awwww, dear sister Peachy! Thank you for sharing precious Henry with us. He sounds like a very special mancat, and I'm glad he was able to share love and life with you and your mom for a time.

I'm giggling at Mickey's sweet comment, and Mom and I both got leaky at Pixie's sweet comment *sniff*. Henry was lucky to be so loved and he will always, always live in you and your mom's hearts.

Purrs and snuggles from your loving sister,

aw, i'm sorry to hear Henry when to the bridge so soon. I'm sure he knew how much your mommy and you loved him. We kitties know those things.
The photos show him to be a handsome, sweet, happy kitty and that is because of your mommy!

Awww...my mommy cried buckets reading this...poor Henry the VIII! It reminded her of Missy and she felt very badly for you and for your mommy, she knows how difficult it must have been. He seemed like a great big bro to you too!

I'm glad you got a squillion to remember him by!

Miss, Peach, sometimes I'm having trouble getting the comment box to open on your site and one or two others, so if I don't make a comment right away, please know I was trying and got frustrated with my beans computer...she needs a new, faster one, really bad.
