CREATIVE COMPLIMENTS OF THE SEASON.....

Mommy needs this today!!! German Stollen and some spiked tea!

I am afraid I am the reason why...because I won't come out of the litter box...I won't I won't I won't!!! Well, except to eat and drink anyway...
So we might as well get the holiday season started anyway....

This is what mommy wants me to do right now...sit beside her next to the fireplace with the tea kettle on...

and get happy to be in a festive mood...making fun things...

So this is what has caught mommies eye! A vintage style Christmas bulb wreath that is as easy as 1 2 3 to make out of a coat hanger and all the colored bulbs you wish to put on it! We all have an overflow of them I am sure. What a wonderful way to display those treasure's from Grandma's days....

You will need a glue gun, about 80 bulbs and a nice big ribbon to top it off!

Select a color combination if you so chose...or go pastel...or stick with your favorite shade and select matte and shiny...the pawsibilities are endless...the link below will take you to a picture tutorial. Go and have some fun...

CAT ART SUNDAY~It is me!!!!

This Cat Art Sunday I want to show you how far it has come at the cozy cottage with the white gimpy tailed fuzzball! I am ready to ship her off to Seaborne at the Taylor Catss house! She has made herself way to comfortable on mommies bed...and just look at her there on MY KITTY sheet!!! I haven't even slept on it yet!! (Mommy here, "You decided to sleep in the litter box Peachy...it is your choice!") Well of all the nerve...anyway I would rather be in Germany with my husband Mickey, so come and visit our wedding blog to see our newest adventure.

Don't I look purrrrrrfect on the stunning colors? It will make a beautiful rug for our cozy home once we get all of our wedding gifts moved in...we will have a big house warming party to thank you all for the lovely things you have given us....

Yes, it is true! It is really me! My wonderful friends the Sherwood Cats and the Taylor Catss had their friend make this china kitty in my image. Even my long skinny tail is purrrrfect. HOLY CATS IS THAT ME???

Look what arrived in todays mail!!! I am meowless for once! Mommy nearly fainted when she saw how much this china figurine looks like me! This is a gift from those precious furrrrends the Sherwood and the Taylor Cats. I wonder if they had this specially made to look like me? Every detail is so purrrrrrfect. I am a thankful old girl cat to have such thoughtful furrrrrends. This is the purrrrrrtiest mini me we have in the cozy cottage now! Sniff sniff...thank you so much. (Click to bigafy)

ON VETERAN'S DAY, WE REMEMBER THOSE WHO SERVED AND THOSE WHO GAVE ALL...

On this special day we honor those 45,000,000 veterans who have served in the military since 1776...we remember them...we miss them...we wait for them.

My Lapdaddy was in the Air Force...he was in Okinawa, Grand Bahama Island, Vietnam and in Berlin when the Berlin Wall was forced up on the city.

CAT ART SUNDAY~ In an Autumn mood

November is here and the time to cozy up is near. I have selected a place that does not make mommy happy at all! I am afraid I am in the litter box. It is covered and cozy and mommy even put a blanky over the opening. We are going through lots of litter these days because I ....well....how should I put this deliCATley...I have to go potty someplace handy! I know...I should be enjoying my honeymoon and I am I....mommy doesn't understand that my potty is my teleporting capsule.
