I hope you all had a most wonderful fun Mother's Day... mommies fun began a few nights ago when she went out to
Lapdaddies workshop to
re pot some of her African violets. While she prepared the counter, she moved a white bag out of the way so it would not get dirty from the potting soil.
Guess what? It was full of dark chocolate orange jelly sticks!!! The workshop counter is no place to try to hide goodies...mommy
could not resist tasting a few of them before she rolled the bag up again...they were so good. But we got found out because we rolled the bag back up to tightly...we were busted. Hey he should have hid the bag better, don't you think? So now to the surprise...mommy has always wanted a red bud tree for the front garden...we talked about it for sometime now. So when we got home today, mommy looked out the door and saw one planted right where she wanted it! It just appeared over night...a mystery! She was so happy and wanted to sit beside it and wait until the red buds opened up! Silly mommy...
Lapdaddy arranged with our sweet neighbor to plant it for him while we were at church. Isn't he wonderful!!
Later today I am having my best oldest friend over for a tea party. Auntie
Stinkie turned a glorious 19 years old yesterday. Please click on her picture and wish her well. She was Matron of Honor at my wedding to Mickey. Please join us for a walk about the garden and some tuna puffs. We can sit beside the pond and watch the fish too! Turning 19 is a milestone to be sure...I will be 19 on my next birthday in January, God willing.
