Beautiful Miral has fought such a brave battle to stay with her beloved family as long as she could. Today she was called up into heaven while she was peacefully sleeping. We who are left behind are filled with sadness and ache.
As reported on the CB yesterday: Please purr and pray for Mu shue, Lilly Lu and Iris, and for all the pets and beans who might be trapped in the building that was on fire, and for the families and friends who must wait and watch.
I am just so very sad that our beloved friends could be in such grave danger in a building on fire! It is mommies worst nightmare and we will not sleep tonight at all until we hear more about them. Send all your love and prayer to them in Massachusetts. They have been through so very much with Lilly Lu going to Tufts for her medical problems and mommy Laura having two baby beans inside of her right now. My time on the patio will be filled with loving thoughts for all those who are worried and waiting...though there is crying in the night we pray for rejoicing in the morning...<>< 
I am walking up the step back into the house from my little trip out into the fresh air. The birds were making chattering noises while flying all about!
Mommy gathered daffodils for the table so Lapdaddy would be glad of them...

I set a nice place for ALICE by my favorite African Violets in the window where I sleep. Have you noticed how much we look alike? I think ALICE has a very nice Florida tan!
So now that I have a nice new friend to watch over me, I can go for a good nap. Just as soon as I punch my burrito into shape!Ariel, created a wonderful award and my beautiful sister Marilyn passed it to me! Our beloved mancat CAESAR would also make a very brave MOUSEHOLE CAT. He is ADAN's very good friend and now watches over us all from heaven above. Sometimes when we look up, we can see him in the sky...

This is the portrait of ADAN and I at my very first tea party last summer. Michico painted it special for us. I had just shown off my pretty jade ear rings to Anastasia because she took off her sunglasses and I fell in love with her jade eyes.

My dearest friend ADAN looks so much like brave Mowzer, The Mousehole Cat! How many of you can see the resemblance? Look at his magnificent whiskers and bright topaz eyes!
When mommy was a little bean and still went to school, she always loved Library day! The smell of the books in the room, the little chairs and tables to sit and read...oh these she remembers fondly. Her favorite books were about horses and cats. Lapdaddy has been so much help bringing story time to all of us. So today the tale of brave Mowzer continues...make yourself comfortable and I will bring the tea.
Please continue to keep my sweet friend Miral in your purrrayers, she is not improving...we will never give up hope.

My wonderful friends P B & J sent me a little gifty for guessing that their cool doggie George, is an Airedale Terrier. Isn't that the cutest little mousie you have ever seen! Oh and the homegrown nip....HOLY CAT...I nearly torn mommies hand off trying to get to it! Those Whisker Lickins are a fun treat for me because I normally do not eat any treats except Greenies. I begged for some and mommy gave me a handful. I ate them too fast and gave them back. So all of my wonderful gifties are in 'time out' as you can see below! At least I can look at them:)
Last week I had an ear infection that is getting better. This week my Grandbean COLE has an ear infection. So he has been here with us and not in school, because he has to take his medicines each couple of hours and you can not have any meds in school. So he started off his fun day by writing a comment for his NOMSS pal. They share baseball as a common interest and opening season games have begun...you can bigafy the photo to find out who Cole's buddy is!
My wonderful friend Diamond Emerald Eyes made this pretty scrapbook page for me and my Mickey. She chose the purrrrfect colors for this too....they are all autumns and I just love it! A kitty needs a strong mancat to lean on. I am the luckiest old kitty to have found such a love in my Mickey. He is not only a beloved to me, but he is loved by all of you as well. Wherever I wander in the Blogosphere, Mickey has already been there spreading his love and comfort. We can hardy wait for Thursday to come so we can see what he has for us to muse over on his blog. Thank you Diamond for capturing our special bond with your creative talent...
My friend Diana Nelson's Devon Rex kittens are seven weeks old now. They are wearing little bandage collars around their necks because momma cat drags them all over the house and made some ouchies on them. Very clever protection for the naked necks.
Since mommy is not the brightest crayon in the box, she is tired of fussing with Print Shop who is holding our WISH hostage, so we made the BLINGEE above instead!!! My WISH is that each kitty on the whole world could have a nice warm burrito to snuggle in...thank you Mickey for letting me make a wish...sort of anyway:) 
The CASTLE award was given to me by Gandolf & Grayson last month and also by Ramses...for some reason they thought I am a protector of the cozy cottage. I hope I can live up to the special award that was made by the pretty calico kitty Tesla inspired by our Divine Daisy! Thank you so much gentlemen kitties for the honor...
