MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

SOLITUDE...SNOWSTORM...SLEEP....SNACKIES!

It has been a very cold month so far in the desert around the cozy cottage.  Record lows of the century.  We are lucky that our heaters are keeping up with the demand of a cold nakked kitty.  At night I have taken to sleep under the featherbeds with mommy...we have two of them so that is good.  It is quiet at the cozy cottage this Christmas season...for the first time we will not be able to welcome our boy Cole home from Denver for the holidays.  His daddy lost his job this month, after the business closed down overnight.  Now 92 families will be without work.  This news came on the day that Donald Trump visited the Carrier factory to save their jobs...  We are so happy for those folks...while we will wait to see what the new year will bring for our family.  Thankful for so many things...our health is stable and we have a warm cottage with plenty of food.  Christmas will be kept tightly in memories of the past...in our hearts...
This lovely vintage kitty advent calendar Christmas card came last year after the holiday from our sweet friend Helena who lives in Colchester England...we are enjoying opening the tiny windows this season.
Here I am sitting on mommies new old Tasha Tudor book that she bought herself for Christmas...waiting ever so patiently for my snackie box to open...
Maybe if I help it along a bit...tap, tap, tap......
well.....I am waiting...come on I have the munchies mommy!
Finally.....wishing you all a wonderful advent Sunday.  Our hearts will rejoice in Christmases past this year and in thankfulness once again after so long, HOPE for our nation in the new year!

We are very sad that Cole will not be visiting for Christmas this year.
We send purrs to his family as they face uncertain times.
It is good you have some comforts during the cold spells
and plenty of treats and food to see you through.
We hope that your holiday season will be a happy one filled with love.
Purrs Georgia,Julie and JJ

Oh, dear friend; I'm so sorry to hear about Cole's dad's job, and sad that he cannot join you for Christmas. I wish I could teleport you HERE, although it's not decorated or festive this year because we will be celebrating with family elsewhere. Still, we could enjoy tea and biscotti and Christmas carols and fond memories and our love of animals together.

Would you please email me your address again? I KNOW I had it, but it's not in my address book now. :-(

We're sorry that Cole's dad lost his job like that. It is terrible when companies do that. :-(
