Mommy and I are sorry we have not been blogging regularly this month...we have no excuse except to say we have just been lazy and enjoying the winter...we still have our Christmas tree up to delight us with it's lights in this dark month. AND it makes us happy! Lapdaddy is still recovering from his surgery and getting stronger each day...that makes us happy! Little baby steps are becoming big boy strides! He is not even using his walker anymore just his cane! Happy Happy Happy!
The bad news is that he no longer has a big tummy for me to lay on because he lost soooo much weight...I miss that shelf he used to have but we still cuddle as you can see.
We also have some real good news about Lion....he is slowly starting to think that he really wants to be our cat. Mommy has been letting him sleep on the day bed on the patio...she bought him a heated pad and gave him a blanket...he now thinks he is a king! He is a sweet old boy and just look at the picture of what mommy got him to do...not sure I like that though...
I have a nice feather to play with ... it came from a nice big peacock!

Wonderful to hear from all of you at the Cozy Cottage. We have been wondering how you're doing. Great progress with Lion and Hope looks beautiful as ever. Glad Lapdaddy is better and hope he doesn't loose too much weight. We kept our Christmas stuff up until the middle of January.

We're happy Lapdaddy is getting around better now but sorry to hear he no longer has a nice plump lap for your naps. You'll have to decide whether you want softness with a pillow in his lap or warmth without one ;-)
