What should I do today...nap on the sofa or beg to go outside?
April showers bring May flowers...but it is still raining in the cozy cottage gardens right now. Good thing we did a walk about this past weekend in the sunshine. Mommy made this tag for a swap...the little girl is bringing a May flower basket like once was the tradition in the good old days. Leave it on your neighbors door step and run away! I don't think Scrappy Cat will leave me a bouquet or basket of flowers...do you?

Sweet Hunny Bunny, what a fun tradition. Don´t worry about scrappy Cat. We also have sometimes a bad huge Kater in our garden. He hisses to Christian yesterday and to poor Findus which is scared that he won´t go outside too.
We have sunshine today again but the Eisheiligen are coming soon.
Karla, I found back the little box which I (fortunately) forgot to send once. It is now again on the way back to your home. Hope it will arrive you safe soon.

Your mom's tag is beautiful! Rain or not, we hope you have a great day.
We think you should do both things! Repeatedly. Snooze. Beg to go out. Snooze. Beg to go out. MOL! (it keeps the Mommies on their toes!)
I think you look very pretty on the sofa and... if it's raining outside... well then... napping sounds like an EXCELLENT idea!
Looking delightfully pretty as usual Miss Hunny Bunny.
A happy belated May day to you and your Mom

But wouldn't it be nice if she did? The woman said she used to do that as a girl.
We remember that tradition along with the MayPole dance!
I shudder to think what Scrappy Cat would like to leave you, Hunny Bunny!
What a gorgeous tag Mommy made. It's as beautiful as you, Hunny Bunny. Rain is a blessing from Heaven.
What a gorgeous tag! But yous is pretty gorgeous too!
Happy (Belated) May Day!
Kisses

Probably not, Hunny. She doesn't know about sweet things like that - or like you sweet girl.

Scrappy cat is most likely to leave you something not fun!
My neighbour keeps hens, rescued from battery farms (they are killed after a year there unless they are rehomed). So! They are all big and fluffy nowadays.
ANYWAY she sometimes leaves a basket of eggs on my doorstep. I found one there on Easter Sunday, with 'Happy Easter' written on it. It was a lovely surprise!
I do like the little piece of art in your top photo.
Do you not have a catflap? Or is it, as with Fluffy and Scooter, that you do but prefer door staff?
Please purr deeply and healingly for Scooter, who had a desperately bad seizure this week and then another little funny turn this evening. He is walking on his haunches alot. I fear my time sharing the book of his adventures may be drawing to its last chapter. I feel as though I have been crying for ever.
