These pages and pictures give me comfort and hope...I love this book by Christine Davis and reach for it often during the day...I bought it ten years ago when Miss Minka went to be with her guardian angel. Cole is here with me today and that is comforting to my heart. I am tired and sleep is a comfort too...Soon autumn is coming and I will nest on the sofa. Often surrounded by many visions of yesterdays' while being thankful for every new one my tomorrows' will bless me with.

A very beautiful book indeed. I am glad it gave comfort to you. Mum was given a book after she lost a beloved pet and last year pawed it forward to another friend, it has mum believes been pawed forward again more than once and she does not know where it is now. Mum thinks she will look in a book shop to buy another just so it can be pawed on and give comfort as it did to her. Love and hugs GJ xx
What a lovely book. I am thinking of you often. You know how much I loved Misses Peach. Much love to you and LapDaddy & Cole.

I love that book. I bid on it in a recent auction (after Annie's death) and won it and cried my heart out reading it.

So happy you are finding some comfort these days. We are still missing Miss Peach, too. Soft whisker kisses from Prancer Pie.
Absolutely! Missie Peachieflower had such a delightful and very long life, we can now rest easy that she had very most lovely end to her life.
It is hard to start this new life isn't it? We also still feel the emptiness.
the memories are life long.
BIG BONKS to Cole. We hope this week is a continuation of healing.
Purrs to you and to Cole. That looks like a lovely book - my human is already looking it up on Amazon.
Thinking of you all, and remembering a little red kittie whose memories and love went around the world.

This is beautiful book, I've never read that before and I love the pictures too. I will copy the words down for myself, for my Fluffy, Figs, Mama, Katie, Sam and Wellington, cats of my past :}
Thank you for sharing this......
Warm hugs and mugs of Cadburys Drinking Chocolate to you, with extra marshmallows, little peachy coloured ones.
I am thinking of Peachy everywhere! Last night I thought the sunset was just her colour, and the cirrus stripes of cloud added her stripey bits.
What a beautiful book and poem. It brought me great comfort, too. Time is a great healer. I'm glad Cole is there with you. I know how much he loved Peachy.
Such a lovely book and such sweet words. We believe those words too and we think that there is great comfort in them.

That is so beautiful. We are really glad you shared it with us. It helps our Mumsy a lot with the forever kitties she has known that have gone on to the Bridge.
Thank you, Miss Hunny Bunny, for today's catnip tea. It was very good indeed.
(((hugs)))
What a comforting book. Rest as you need to - Peach will visit you in your dreams. It's been a long, hard pull; a cup of catmint tea is very restoring.

What a lovely book and I'm glad that it gives you comfort Karla. I've read many grief books, some specific to our fur companions, but that one looks especially special. I too pass them on when one of my friends loses her companion.
Thinking of you each day and of Ms. Peach who is with her beloved fur husband and free of pain and feisty like a kitten once more.
Big hugs,
Lorraine
