We are sorry to write that we are quite worried about our dear Miss Peach. She has not wanted to eat for two days now. Her feet are very wobbly when she gets up and some of her breathing is labored at times...her frail tiny body is looks worn out. She does not seem to be in any pain and just wants to sit close to her Lapdaddy under her blanket...please give us your most powerful purrrrs. We fear that she might be being called from the rainbow bridge. We are so thankful for all the wonderful days we have had since Miss Peach became so sick when we first began blogging in 2007. My wish is that Peachy not suffer...As the days go by, she will let me know with her purrs and we will listen closely...for now, I will hold her close...my precious tiny girl.

I'm sorry about Miss Peach. When my little old lady cat stopped eating the vet suggested that I take a little bit of canned cat food, and add a spoonful of warm water on top of it.
This will make the food smell better and entice the cat to eat. It worked for my cat. I hope it will for Miss Peach too.

Oh Dear. This post put tears in my eyes! I really hope (selfishly) that Miss Peach isn't leaving us. But if she is I pray she goes quickly and meets all her friends that have already passed over the bridge.

Oh no... I am crying... this is so sad....
Scooter gave us a real fright in the week, he had a seizure. I thought that was a call from the Rainbow Bridge, too.... but he seems to have come right now...
He had been off his food and the vet gave us something called Science Diet A/D and a syringe, so that if he couldn't eat, we could feed him that way. Luckily we did not need to, as it was so smelly he was drawn to eat it.
Poor, poor, Miss Peach. I know your fears and upset, as I felt this for Fluffy last year, and again so recently for Scooter.
My heart goes out to you at the difficult time. I know you will lovingly do your best for her, and she is showiong that she trusts you. What a huge display of love and trust that she wants to spend what might be her last days cuddled up to her lapdaddy.
We will all Miss her if she does leave. I hope she gets a remission and lives to enjoy more sunny days...
