Last night was wonderful having Cole here with us to usher in the new year. Just before midnight, he filled Oma's vintage champagne flutes with Coca Cola for us.
Mommy made this ATC with a tape transfer...you can do it too. Use masking tape over any magazine image...rub it hard with the back of a spoon...cut it out...soak in water for 1/2 hour...rub all the backing paper off and the image stays like magic!
The first sunshine of the new year made the table look so magical...

Helena sent this beautiful Christmas card showing me of course...the detail is so amazing...each tiny stroke place with greatest care...
Mommy loves this picture of her beloved Bavaria in winter....she gets very homesick...

I have been having "forgetful moments" (24/7) and it's going to be a little easier on me to find that kitty box. But I sure miss my friend and walking in the garden.
