MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

CAT ART SUNDAY

Hello dear friends...today's Cat Art Sunday features a wonderful artwork we found on Simon's mommies "Nina's Big Store" website!! You can click the picture above to go there. Simon would like that! What do you think of it? Isn't it just the image of me. Well....maybe in my better days when I still had all my teeth and more wavy furs? Oh yes and my eyes are actually green. Like Grizabella...I have seen better days in my youth. But I have never been happier to have the memories I have gathered along life's way! They include all of you, my precious friends.
My Lapdaddy gets to be in my post today because he made some art this week also. This name plaque for a friends special birthday.

(Plus if he sees himself on my bloggie...

he might get the hint that mommy would like to have

the mini me from Nina's Big Store:))

Hee Hee, we are no dumb kitties here at the cozy cottage!)

Hunny Bunny doesn't want to be bothered with the next art work....
HA HA...mommy thinks she is some kind of a watercolor artist. Don't laugh...Lapdaddy was impressed. mommy has always wanted to play with watercolors but never had a clue as to what to do. She was so inspired by Miss Lin's stunning sunset over the seashore that she just had to get her finger wet. As you can tell, she still doesn't have a clue but had great fun trying. She loves to color like a little kid...it shows. So just go for it if it makes you happy and create something fun!
So here I am sleeping on the throw rug out in the Auntie Room...sometimes I throw up on it. That is how it gets its name...I think. Have a happy Sunday!!

Happy Sunday, Misses Peach. You have had a very eventful week with Cole's special day and all. I hope you enjoyed it.

We had a nice week, too. Lovely summer weather to work and play outside.

Be well, dear friend.

Gosh Miss Peach you are posh at the cosy cottage - fancy having a rug especially to throw up on. We thought your mom's picture was nice and we're pleased she enjoyed doing the painting.
Take care

Misses Peach I think your Momma is working very hard on some lovely art. You don't paint a masterpiece the first time and it looks like she is doing quite well! You are looking quite lovely

In that case, every rug in this house is a "throw rug."
Your momma is not bad. All ours can make is stickpeople so your's is quite advanced, art-wise!
Happiest of Sundays!

Wow; two talented people that you allow to live in the cottage with you Ms. Peach. Lapdaddy's sign is stupendous. And I'm so glad to see Mommy start painting at Lin's inspiration. Lin will be so pleased that she has inspired a new painter. Lin's scene is definitely an inspiration -- the glow and colors are terrific and I can see how they would inspire Mommy to begin. Congratulations Momcat!!!

And oh my, you were "done" by the famous Nina. Now you are famous and I definitely think that Lapdaddy should surprise Mommy with the Nina image of you.

I have a collection of Nina's cats in my living room, over and on the mantle -- a special place in my house which used to hold original artwork by Bill Tippie, our friend and my watercolor instructor (www.tippieart.com). I've recently started taking lessons again from Bill after a three-year absence.

I also have Nina's cats in my bathroom. She is such a good person, rescuing cat and dogs. Will send photos to Mommy soon.
Hugs, Pets and Purrs,
Lorraine
