Hello my dear friends....it is Cat Art Sunday once again at the cozy cottage...today we will show you a beautiful plate mommy got from her secret sister at church. Isn't it just too purrrrrfect for me. The lady did not even know what kind of kitty I am...she picked good!!
All these kitty cards went into the mail for mommies cat card ladies...she was very busy getting them all finished up.
We love this picture because mommy had a black kitten when she was a little girl and she wore shoes just like these made of boiled wool and tiny metal clasps to keep them closed.
You all know how much we love to recycle...this is the purrrrrfect shopping tote made out of empty cat food bags!!
Well as many of you know, we are big soccer fans and root for Germany to win the World Cup of soccer in South Africa. It will be four weeks of fussball on the cozy cottage TV. Right now we are watching USA~England and it is 1~1...this afternoon Germany will play Australia. Hope you like the collage we made to celebrate peace, respect and good sportsmanship in the world most favorite sport. Gorgeous cat plate but not as pretty as you Ms. Peach! Glad mommie was "gifted" with such a lovely and appropriate gift!
A local lady makes these cat bags and I keep thinking I should make a couple of recyclable grocery bags with the large ones I buy to feed the indoor and outdoor kitties. But alas my project list is long and the bags go into my kitchen trash bin instead of a plastic bag so they get a second use before going into the big garbage truck on Tuesdays!
I'm not a sports fan of any kind but I hope mommie's team wins!
