MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

GOOD BYE MY PIP OF A PAL...

My sweet friend Jackson was my best PIP OF A PAL! After a long and brave illness, he slipped away quietly during the night to the rainbow bridge. In 2007 I dared him to become my friend...my NOMSS friend. My not of my same spieces friend in a dare presented to all of us by Karl's Cat Realm. The dare was to promote friendship across the spieces...so I searched for a cat hating wire hair fox terrier. That is how I found Jackson and dared him...he took the dare and we have been best pals ever since. Jackson was a rescue and lived a wonderful life with his two J's in Brighton England. Every year they organized a Walk About for terriers and dozens of them met in this beautiful coastal town and made a doggie day of it...romping about in the surf and stopping for lunch and special treats for the terriers. Bonds were formed that will last a lifetime. Although Jackson and his wirey wit will no longer lead them...I know he will send just the right little bundle of fuzzy fur to fill a terrier shaped hole in the two J's hearts one day. We will miss him so much. He was special to so many of us. My cousin Blue and I grieve deeply at his passing...this is a very sad week for my beloved canine friends. Precious gentle Camie the beautiful greyhound was helped to the rainbow bridge...I close my eyes and see Jackson and Camie racing along the beach chasing birds in the surf. They have gone to prepare a place for us one day....

Oh sweet cousin Peach, what a nice tribute to Jackson.
I'm just home from Brighton - a sad, sad visit.
My eyes are red from crying.
He was so special, like you.
My heart breaks but try to remember he is now running pain free @ the Rainbow Bridge.

Love and gentle strokes
Blue

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your friends, Miss Peach. We know you and your mummy Miss Karla have very big hearts you give generously to your friends, both human and furry.
Even though we didn't know Jackson or Camie, we can help share the burden of your loss - friends are there to lean on in times like this.

We will say our purrayers for Jackson, Camie, their beans and you all at the Cozy Cottage when we look at the stars tonight. Mom says two will be shining brighter than the rest.
