MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

CHAOS AT THE COZY COTTAGE..a little bit anyway

Miss Anita sent this beautiful iris folded Lighthouse card for the beans' special day last week. The colors are so purrrrfectly selected...salty gray mist and blue breezes...an alge covered rock and a bright light leading us safely home through any storm...thank you Anita for always remembering our special day....You can see more of Miss Anita's Paper Arts by clicking this link... These are some of your clues to what Lapdaddy surprised mommy with on their annibirthary day last week. She loved her wonderful day spent with Lapdaddy...we will show and tell you more all this week. Can any of you guess what they did?
A lighthouse was built on the Columbia River...we hope to climb the stairs soon.
OK ....enough clues...on with the chaos
Do you notice anything wrong with this picture? Like the crooked mirror and paper towels flying all over the place, the crumpled orange fleecy and those dumb bunnies all pushed into the corner??
Yes that is the scope of redecorating I have done on top of the fireplace mantle...out of the litter box and up on top of mommies best spot in the front parlor.
I think I might join the Harri Krishmeow's....don' t they wear orange robes?
I am driving mommy a little bit more crazy each day (short trip someday's:) She has a bad ouchie on her elbow thing...something the doctor calls tendoneyetiss. She has to eat horse pills and keep this arm strangle thing on for a few weeks. Not good timing for her because she is left handed and has to paint her bathroom beadboards. 'Polished Ivory' is the awesome creme colored paint Cole picked. Lapdaddy is fixing the broken marble tiles on the floor in there. It is a messy mess but will look beautiful soon. Mommy can't stand messes because of something she calls OCD....are there pills for that? I hope you forgive us for not visiting much because of all the chaos around the cottage right now...we follow all of your posts in our reader so we never miss what you are up to.

Misses Peach, did your Lapdaddy take your mom out on a dinner cruise?

Good luck to your humans on the bathroom repairs and painting. We hope your mom's arm feels better soon! Sending lots of purrs and healing Light. :-)

Miss Peach, although the Cozy Cottage holds many beautiful treasures, you are the most special of all so if you want to be up on the mantel, we say do it!!!

Oh, you have a special place up there on the mantel ;)

I think you look perfect on the mantel. Kea has already guessed what I would have guessed--although maybe not a dinner cruise, but perhaps a cruise out to the coast?

Peach, it seems your beans had a lovely celebration day. Looking forward to see more pictures.

I think the mantle is a wonderful spot for you as you can watch everything that happens.

We think some sort of sailing trip - but don't know exactly what yet.

That spot on the mantel looks great - because it is a place with a lot of special things - and you are the most special so you deserve to go there!

We hope your mom's tendoneyetis gets better soon - we are sending her lots of get well purrs. And we hope she is able to get her bathroom done sooner then our mom has been - she started last year, and, well, it will be done someday we are sure!

Ach Peachylein,
Deine Mommy tut mir so leid.

That looks like a very nice corner for you to snuggle into when you are in the parlor!
Sorry about moms arm! That is a bummer especially when she needs to get things done!

Ooooh Missie Peachie, I like your orange blankie, it is perfect with your orange furs! I think you should be up on the mantle for a nap. You can see everything!

Everything takes time, and your mom will just have to get better before she can do the painting.

remodeling a bathroom is a big job! At least it was at our house. We hope Mom's arm gets to feeling better!

Good to see you out of the little girls box - What a pretty new place to sleep.

Bathroom repairs and remodels are really hard on most people - tell mommy to just relax & take it easy, it will get done in its own time.

Hugs,
Penny

Oh how I love your blog Misses Peach! It always makes me smile!- Love seeing you on the fireplace mantle-too funny- "Harri Kristima",orange outfit,-or however they spell that!Lol-In the Dakota Jails they make prisoners wear that color of a "zuit-suit" they call it...

Looks like your Mommy is really decorating up a storm- wonderful that she can do that.

I feel bad about her arm being so sore- Well those Horse pills outta help.--

I am thinking too, that is was a dinner cruise.-am excited to find out what all they did for their anniversary and also what your Lapdday built for your Mommy that she said she loves.-- xo-Valery

Dear Peachielein, sorry that we have not been here for such a long time!
We hope the chaos in your house will be fixed soon. We have a lot of chaos too and know how you feel.
Christian has the same thing on his arm "bracelet" like your mommy have. He know about how that hurts.
Olli was at the vet. He has a bad cold and got a shot and lots off pills...

We think a dinner and a cruise too with a walk in the lighthouse. You look as sweet as ever under your Hairy Krishmeow robe!

Yes, we Sherwood cats agree, the most beautiful treasure in the Cozy Cottage -- and there are many -- but the most beautiful by far is the lovely Miss Peach.
Ohhh, I fink we know what happened, being cats, but we's not gonna say.
Love & Purrs,
KC
