My dear friend Ziggy went to the rainbow bridge this weekend....his mommy Kathy is so very sad. She has been purrrred to by Ziggy for over 16 years. Her heart is broken now....Ziggy had been sick for a little while and all hopes were that he would recover. If you could leave mommy Kathy a tender word of comfort, I would be so grateful. When we lose a beloved companion, it is a sad price we must pay for the privilege of loving them for so long. It does not make it easy....ever. Goodbye dear Ziggy until we all meet at that bridge....

How can I ever thank you, Mommy Karla and Miss Peach? Right now our hearts are very broken - all of us miss seeing Big Zig in his favorite places.
While I was glad to be with him as he crossed over, I wish there was something else I could have done to keep him with me...a little longer. But I would have wished for his body not to have been worn out. Our vet said that with his impaired system from the thyroid problems, he likely had a clot cause his to pass. His eyes were not seeing much when I found him in the morning...I just hope he knew I was there, with him, at the end.

We saw your post on the CB and went by to leave a word for Ziggy's family. It is so hard to lose a furry. We understand your sadness.
Oh Misses Peach we are so sorry about your friend Ziggy. We know how hard this has to be for his mom so we will stop by and send her some comforting purrs.
