MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

MIDWEEK MEOWZINGS

Oh it is cold and even a bit rainy here...we have ice crusted on the tree branches. It looks pretty but I would rather stay toasty under my hairy blanket on the back of the forbidden sofa. Today I will spend my time thinking about my precious sister Princess...she is not feeling quite herself and I love her very much. Hunny Bunny is charming the socks off of Lapdaddy with those big baby blue eyes of hers! The nerve! I hope summer comes soon so she can go back outside!!
Last night she wandered all over the living room and jumped up on my bay window!
She made friends with our Christmas angel that mommy made last week. It has turkey feathers for wings and she must have thought they were just for her to play with. She gave her a kiss and was gentle with her. A good thing because mommy does not like her stuff mussed about!!
Mommy loves me very much...we like our pretty hearts. The polka dotted one came from Luna's mommy as a Christmas gift from Germany. Now we have a charming set of hearts. One heart is good but two are better.
So today I will show you mommies side table. She usually keeps all sorts of stuff within easy reach on it. As you can see, her stuff is all on the floor now because I have decided that the table makes the fastest way from the litter box to the top of my chosen sofa. So she cleared a path for me (unheard of privilege when I was younger) and let me have my way. Now she dust busters the kitty litter off the pretty Germany table cloth...
Oh and the backyard kitties eat like kings around here! Just take a look at this Frisbee full of hot and juicy roast beast ready to serve them for their dining delight.

oh boy be very careful with the roast beast- food too rich for kitties can cause pancreatitis.... we know your mom is being sweet and doing a nice thing but thats really fattening and rich for cats. We hope no one gets sick from it.

Wow, those outside kitties dure do eat well! Hope they are warm too. You're looking adorable as ever under your hairy blankie. We're glad Hunny Bunny is being gentle with your mommie's things. We hope you stay warm today, sweetie!

You are smart to stay in under the hairy blankie Misses Peach - the weather outside sounds awful.

We are glad Hunny Bunny is in and warm, and we hope that she isn't invading your space too much.

I am glad the outside kitties are getting a treat - we do know it can be bad all the time, but we think once in a while a nice special treat like that is great. Plus outside they could probably use a few extra calories now and then - I am sure they loved it!

Oh Mrs. Peach you have such a way with words! I enjoy your postings so much. Enjoy your cozy blanket & couch during the wintery weather. And tell your mama & lapdaddy they are so nice to care for the outdoor kitties. Try not to be too jealous! Purrs ~ Jill

Miss Peach, that is so very nice of your Meowm to clear the area for you. She loves you so much.

We are purring our hearts out for Princess and all the other sick kitties.

Hunny Bunny sure is making herself at home isn't she? As long as she gives you the space you need, then we think it is okay for her to be there. Course if she were in our home we would feel differently.

Hullo you gorgeous pusscat! Thank you for the lovely message you left me :) we sent a card to you today, but the lady in the post office said it won't get there in time for Christmas :( never mind! After the feasting is over, you'll find an extra one there for you, won't you, and that way it will be a nice surprise. Or not, as I just told you. LOL!

I love howyou've Christmassyfied your blog.

Hunny Bunny looks so beautiful but I'll bet it's hard to share your space. Good thing she didn't muss the angel.

Hunny Bunny is getting more comfortable in the house now and doing some exploring. Don't worry you will always be first in Lapdaddy's heart!
It is good of you to give them some real meat as a treat, instead of cat food all the time. Do they seem to be faring ok in their shelter?
