We thank you for all the advice about the litter box problem...despite my best efforts, nothing has changed Misses Peach's mind about living inside the litter box. As you can see, it is not for lack of other nice warm fuzzy spots to sleep in. The green dome box came home yesterday to hopefully take the place of the litter box. The cord coming out of it is for a nice heated pad. We are hopelessly frustrated by Peachy's stubborn mindset! She is eating and drinking normal...just in a mood to drive us all a little more crazy here at the cozy cottage...it is not easy to live with a neurotic cat! Oh and this behavior began B4 Hunny Bunny ever came inside the house! SIGH.....

Oh Miss Peach, don't let your bean worried ok?

Maybe poor peach is just going through a thing- Over at Parker's place they have a cat that hides under the bed for most of fall EVERY year. Miss peach will come around.
O,I am so sorry to hear that..Dear Peach...there is nothing to be scared about..please come out!
A cat from a friend did the same thing..this sweet kitty was like Misses Peach a little bit older..This cat lived the last years of her very pleasent life in the litterbox!!! Her Mommy did put a second litterbox next to the first one...this helped(sometimes)
I wish you a wonderful day..
Miss Peach please stop worrying your mum and dad. You little tinker, I think you are just excercising your right to excentricity and will when you decide to change your mind and do something else. Until then patience is a virtue.. Fingers crossed the new green dome does it.. HUgs GJ x
Oh Miss Peach!--I don't understand this - Your Mommy has so many gorgeous beds for you to sleep in. I hope that you will love the new one she got for you with a heating Pad inside - Maybe this is what you were trying to tell her all along?I am excited for you to have that nice new heated, hooded bed. Let me know how you like it in a few days.?-- Love, Valery
Miss Peach--why do you love your litter box so much? I realize that it's a quick run if you find you have to go but I would think you could find other nice hiding places close by!
With age we all become eccentric! We purr that is all this is
Exactly what Angel and Kirby said! Eccentric. Skeeter is the same way. Our beans had company offur Saturday night and Skeeter usually stays upstairs away from all of the hub bub. But she planted her butt right in the middle of the action in the kitchen! Mom was totally shocked! We hope you like your new "spot".
Youza got da Catitude fur shure Miss Peach!
Wow, Misses Peach, I just don't know what to tell your mom. If you started this before Hunny Bunny came in, and are eating and drinking fine, and are passing up the cozy beds they have provided, well, I am at a loss. I think that it is what everyone is saying - maybe you just have your little quirks. We hope there is nothing bothering you that is keeping you in there - we know you have always been a bit of an eccentric girl and have always loved being in the litter box.
How funny. If you slept in an unused litter box. But you are not supposed to sleep in a used one, Miss Peach. You're much too fastidious for that. Are you suffering from the vapors? We hear that's what used to affect the ladies. Perhaps it is going around again?
Oh Peachie Poo! Older kitties are known to be eccentric at times. Tookie would do odd things and now Cody will sleep in the bathtub at night a few times a week. I understand Mommy Karla's worry. Please come out and snuggle with Mommy! Will you do it for some turkey and gravy on Thursday?
I am keeping you in my thoughts and holding you in my heart.
Love,
Loriana
Oh Miss Peach...sometimes a girl's just gotta be eccentric.
Oh Miss Peach! We are so sorry you had to have a bth, but we bet with sleeping in the litterbox, it was just a necessity. We do hope you decide to come out of their soon and find more comfy places to rest. That litter has got to get a bit uncomfortable. But wherever you decide to lay your head, we still love you.
Peachy darling, all we can do is shake our heads in wonderment. You are a totally eccentric cat, that must be the answer.
If yoo were trying to worry yoor mom yoo've succeeded! Please come out of da litter box, Misses Peach, da world needs yoo.
