MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

MAIL CALL AT THE COZY COTTAGE!

Come sit and join us for an iced mocha coffee at the cozy cottage today...
it is going to be another real hot day and this will taste yummy in your tummy! It is all about mail here today that came for ME this week. My special tiny friend Normie who is in Heaven sent me this Los Angeles Times special memorial for Michael Jackson and some FREE Party Mix coupons. Michael and I are related because we have the same last name.
My dearest friend TT who is also in Heaven with Normie and Michael sent me a wedding gift. She arranged for her tiny girlbean to make a beautiful drawing of Mickey and me in our garden surrounded by sunshine, blue sky's, green grass and my Lapdaddy's pond filled with our fish. He loved looking at it and said that she even got the shape of the pond correct. If you bigafy the picture, you can see the herbs she has growing for us. Then the amazing thing is that she send me a bouquet of catnip neatly tied with a string and some cat mint leaves sealed in a food saver bag!! All I can say is this little girl name Rhiannon really knows how to put together a wedding gift. I love it so much and it is very original. Mickey and I thank you ever so kindly Rhiannon.
Mommy's dear friend Miss Valery, who has two beautiful tiny white fluffy doggies, sent us the most amazing Lavender blossoms we have ever smelled in our lives! They came with this pretty card and were sealed in this new sticky wrap stuff that was fun for me to play with.
Mommy said she will put it in a small bowl in her bedroom so she can have aromatherapy. Billie's mommy Lorianna sent us this amazing package filled with her beautiful artwork and a sweet letter. That can of Fancy Feast will make a nice Sunday meal for me. The bad news is that that yummy chocolate is all gone already. This house has too many chocoholics in it!
So as you can see, the man in the blue shorts has been busy here at our mailbox!
Before you go home, please read this amazing story...you might not believe it!
Liège, Belgium 1879
Thirty-seven plucky mail cats were trained and employed to carry bundles of letters (and postcards) to nearby villages.
Miss Peach: "Cats delivering mail? You've finally lost it!"
Mommy: "This is history!"

So glad it the Lavender arrived safe,& wasn't "moldy"LOL! So, it does smell really good, doesn't it? I have never smelled any real Lavender, until I moved out here. I have an unreal lot of the buds, and made so many sachets of it in Tulle net tied a ribbon,I took some more of them up to the Hospital for patients today.I made a few more bunches of stems too, tied with ribbon. The ones I delivered there last week, I can still smell in the rooms and at the front desk!

I am so curious Karla to see & smell "white Lavender" like you once had, & you know I love white!xo-Valery

I could be a mail cat if I wanted to Miss Peach, but I think I'd rather be a model. They make more of the green stuff and don't have to fight off those criminal dogs.
You sure got some good mail this week. _ All I got was a catalog from "Cat Claws"

Purrs to you

WOWZA! Lots a mail and a good story, too. We just heard on the radio that the USPS is getting rid of stamp machine to save money. We'd better get back in training cuz you never know...we may be called upon again to deliver the mail☺

Rhiannon was furry happy to see all this today! She was a bit sad that the cat mint turned colour instead of the lovely shade of green it was. The cat mint was shared from Fatty's plant on her grave.

We will certainly share some more nip wif yoo and Mickey when we harvest more (and we'll make sure it is dried first).

Dearest Miss Peach!
It WAS YOU!!! I knew you would find me! Please, do step in and have a cuppa...today's blend is CHOCOLATE ORANGE GREEN TEA. It is so lovely with milk. Now, about the wedding; I would be so honored to attend with Miss Moussie at my side. She is the most beautiful mouse I have ever laid my eyes on! She was so radiant the first night I saw here in the garden of Clair de Lune a couple of weeks back. And I would be delighted to sit pretty in your cozy little cottage, of course behind the screened in porch as you suggested! I want to tell you that I am a trained barista and I know my coffee; I am a savvy tea monger and I dabble in sweet delights as well. I will bring you some of my favorites: lavender scones, French macaroons, tuna puffs, salmon pâté and lots of cream! Oh I adore you all! The Tea Rat

Oh boy, I sure hope we can comment and have it stick. If this works I think Mom has found away to get on your site without getting kicked off. She has tried several times to get on and comment and thank you and your Mom so much for the beautiful poem you left on Gizmo's memorial. We haven't forgotten you cause we think of you often. Its just because we can't get on to visit you.

Miss Peach you are going to make a beautiful bride. Love the pictures of you under the lacy cover.
