This is what was served for desert last night. Lapdaddy wanted strawberry shortcake. So they went to the store and got fresh berries and angel food cakes. Mommy sugared the berries and added some cinnamon and some vanilla coffee creamer then mounded whipped cream over the whole confection....oh so yummy! I even got to lick the plate but it was already pretty clean!
I wanted to show you this huge bug that we found on my patio chair! He is kind of pretty, but a pest with his hissy attitude..

Our mother is SO mean, she puts all our bugs outside expect for spiders which she sprays and sucks up the vacuum cleaner.

Today he decided to eat a piece of his own poop!,& if that isn't yucky enough- when I approached him to knock it off- he growled and ran after me! Sorry Miss Peach, that was Mommy screaming. She isn't very good around any kind of bugs. What a whimp. You were having fun with your friend. By the way, Mommy isn't allowed to kill any bugs cause Tatum and Sloane don't like it when she does....so....she has to take them outside and release them.

I think you were quite nice to that bug. I am not sure I would have been that nice. My person is okay around bugs so long as they are not spiders...
We had strawberry short cake while the boys were here. They had never had it the way your Mom and ours makes it! That is one big bug. Mom does not scream around bugs. SHe would have been touching him too!

We don't know what kind of bug it was, except it's some kind of beetle. Mom doesn't mind bugs and would probably pick it up to look at it closer. We've noticed that a lot of mom's get all ewwwey at bugs, but not your mama. We loved the video of you.

Wow, that is a huge bug. He looks indeed like the German Maikaefer but without his Fuehler. Mom love Maikaefer and this is interesting too.

Oh, that strawberry shortcake looked tasty! But that bug was big and a bit scarry - I don't like bugs. I have to say that the video was great - it was so funny when you rolled onto the but that I laughed out loud (and my coworkers thought I was crazy). I don't thinkt that the bug liked it from the look of it! I couldn't hear the sound (again, watched at work) but I am going to watch it again at home so I can hear it! There is a website you can go to with the picture that can tell you the type of bug, but I can't remember the name - I think if you type what kind of bug is this into a search engine you would find it.
We choose to focus on the strawberry shortcake, and your lovely self Miss Peach. That bug is just weird.
Well, to me that bug looks way more yummy than the cake thing. I'd eaten that in a heartbeat.
