MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

FINALLY FRIDAY...

Which picture do you like better? Mommy like the no flash one...because I am surrounded by a glow.
It has been a very long week with lots of ups and downs. The down was my getting my stitches infected and having to go to see Dr. Oliver again. The up was that he gave me a shot good for two weeks to help with my infection. The real up is that it is working and today my stitches "looking very good" to quote mommy. The down is that I am coughing a raspy deep tune all day long. The up is that I am allowed to sleep on top of the mantle and that I can jump up there without too much trouble. I am still quite nimble for a 16 year old! So today I will spend most of my time sleeping and dreaming about a long white dress and a day by a lighthouse far away...

I can't pick which is better - the glow is really pretty but with the flash we can see you better! I can see some of your stiches in that one - they don't look too bad, and from your post it sounds like they are getting better so I am very happy. I hope your cough goes away - maybe the medicne will help that out too! You just get lots and lots of rest this weekend, and be sure to eat and drink so you get nice and strong! All of us are sending you lots of love and purrs!!

Also, thanks for visitng the other day - you didn't need to do that if you don't feel well - you should rest up, and you can visit when you are feeling better! But we all really appreciated it and were glad to see you - visits make us really happy!

Have a good restfull weekend!!

I love your dream, I will dream that too. I am very happy that you can still jump good... I like to walk on things but I do not get too high, I never liked high places that much, I still remember that one time I got stuck in the basement insulation climbing around on some shelves and then I though I could walk over that pink stuff and I fell in, it was nasty!
I love both pictures of you, I cannot make up my mind.
I hope you have a marvelous week-end

Good Evening Sunshine !!!!!!!!
I love any picture of you my dear, but I like seeing you surrounded with a glow! I always thought you glowed ;)
Indeed it has been quite a week for both of us.Mom thought I needed my teeth looked over, but we were not expecting other issues! The Vet did say things were in early stages,so I will remain hopeful. I guess this is to be expected as we grow older.
The best part is that I have found you, and together ,we will be happy for the rest of our days, however long!!! I am a happy Mancat :)
Keep dreaming of white dresses and a lighthouse facing the stormy seas.
Together,we can weather anything!!!!

We hadn't visited your blog in a week or so...sorry to hear about your infection, but Teri said that 2 week shot (Convenia) will make you all better...they use it at the cat hospital where she works so she knows it's good! And yes, you get raspy after a procedure like you had cuz they put a tube down your throat for the anesthetic gas to go right to your lungs...but it makes your throat sore...it will get back to normal soon, we are sure.
