It has been a rough week for mommy taking care of me...I now have a litter box in the living room real close to where I sleep. I hope this helps me with my accidents. Getting old is hard sometimes. I do think that kitties can get Alzheimer's...that's my story and I am sticking to it:)

WE are being abandoned tonight. Mom is going to Mindy & Moe's house for the weekend. There is a Christmas house tour on Sunday. They do this every year. It's Ok though, our sitter is nice :)

I'm an old cat, too. I'm going to be 18 in February and sometimes, like yesterday, I mistake things like Mommy's sweater for my litter box. (I was also a little mad that I got shut out of the bedroom while Petey the dog got to stay in). So I understand.

PS: More litter boxes near by will be a big help to you Miss Peach. If you think your memory may be failing a little, there is a supplement specifically for this in older cats and dogs called Activait. It may help a little, your vet will know about it - Luff from Angel.

Gosh your Mommy's hair is looking purrty! That chocolate is come of my Mummy's favourite too, luckily she has some Belgium chocolate here or she'd have cravings... ;) I hope you like the shrimp puffs Miss Peach - of an old cats do get Alzheimers Mummy has an interesting article on it that she loaned to our vet! Bebe, Suzy and I have been all excited about our first tea! The Boys said to say Happy Birthday too, but we would not let them come.
Now Miss Peach, You and I have earned the right to have an accident or two. We stately gals just have more important things on our minds than these young things do. Just yesterday I walked right past that box and into Mama's room, forgot why I was there and went right at the foot of the bed. Obviously I had to have been thinking of something terribly important or I would never have done such a thing.

We hope your mama had a wonderful birthday. St. Nickolas day was always mom's favorite when she was in Germany also. She loved marching in the parade with her lantern lit to the end where she got hot cocoa and pastries.
