This week there is a doodle bug in the garden theme to play along with. Mommy can't doodle so she took a picture of Mr. Doodle Bug in her garden instead. Dose this count? I hope so.
Miss Peach seems to be asking this question with her expressions from yesterday. I had a dreadful headache and wanted to keep the light out of my eyes on the patio. When Peach woke from her nap, she looked at me and could not figure out what I had on my head. I always wear a hat when I leave the house as I am so sensitive to light, but at home I do not...so Miss Peach didn't recognize me!
My Lapdaddy is over the top happy with all of his wonderful visitors to his vintage car blog. Now the reality sets in for him as he has friends he needs to visit back! Working 12 hour shifts will delay some of his visits but he will come and see all of you. He will do a much better job visiting back than I do. I am dreadfully slow at returning your nice visits and that weighs heavy on my tiny heart as I really do love you all so much!
With this summer heat, I sleep so much and still can not get caught up. Especially after that LONGGGGG All Star Baseball game the other night. We still have ballgame lag... Oh and guess what? Cole and his daddy are going to Seattle next week because the BOSTON RED SOX are going to rock Safeco field and he will be there for every game!! How about that TT and Jeter?!
It seems the car theft ring is alive and well as our driveway is empty except one fender...Stay tuned for his update on that story.

That hat makes your Mom look different, but it is a pretty hat!!!! Mom always wears one if she goes out too!! We don't move very fast durind this hot weather, heehee
I hope your Mom feels better soon. I think you and your Mom should spend a quiet day on the patio day bed and just enjoy each other's company!!!!

We think doodle bugs should count, it was a very nice picture. ~Socks, S & C
Hope your Mommy's head feels better. The PM had a migraine all day yesterday and went to bed at 8:30!
Lovely daylily, they are one of the PM's favorites. Today her yellow ones just started blooming and she has been running out there inhaling the lemon scent. They leave for their vacation in a few hours. I caught a mouse this morning for her to enjoy on the drive.
Have a restful week, Miss Peach.

Oh Karla, I'm so sorry you had a headache sweetie! I hope you feel better today. You look so cute in your sunhat! :) I just love pictures of you holding sweet Miss Peach.
Miss Peach, my kitties are napping a lot too. It's very humid here with near 90 degree temps! Billie and Cody with their long fur are especially uncomfortable! Just take it easy with your Mommy.
I am taking a medicine that is making me so queasy! I think the very warm weather isn't helping. Just like Mommy Karla my tummy is too upset for coffee. :( I wish I could teleport over to your patio with Billie and we could relax with some mild iced tea.
I hope you have a really Fabulous Friday. No more headaches and cool breezes... :)
Love Always,
Lorianna
Oh I do hope your headache is gone. The heat can really drag a person down. As to the hat...we all do what we need to. Hopefully you'll have a little cooler weather today.
I wish I could send some of our cool ocean breezes your way.
Lorrie
Oh so you were looking under the hat to make usre your Mom was in there, weren't you Miss Peach?
So do I understand correctly that all but one fender of your car was stolen? EEEKKK!!!
Oh we are going to Safeco field tomorrow to see Cleveland I think...
It does seem that outlines are very important. One time, my Mommie put on some cat ears on a headband from a Halloween costume. I was very, very, very scairt of her! When I saw those triangle ear shapes on her head, I did not know it was my Mommie any more!
I hopes the heat is not so bad todays for you Mom Karla.
I am not surpriseds at your reaction to the hat, they would fools me too.
More Sox games? Oooooo don't tells the Big Male Bean dat, he'll be louds if he watches dat on the moving picture box.
We hope your mom is feeling better today.
Was your car stolen from your driveway?
Don't be scared, Peach. You can tell it's your Mom by sniffin' her.

Sometimes momma doesn't look like momma when she dresses up in costume! (Which she does often for different things) When she turns into a fairy with wings I run away!! ~Queen Snickers
Oh no! Was your car really stolen??? Our current vehicle was a stolen car; didn't know that when we bought it (from a private party) and it turned out okay in the end (our insurance paid of the original owner's insurance, which had already paid off the owners, and we got to keep it), but it was a great big hassle for awhile.
we hopes that your mommy is feeling better. my-granes are NO FUN
Sorry we missed our daily visit yesterday and we are very late tonight! It appears that both of our moms are under the weather.
We really appreciate all of the visits to our blog and always look forward to visiting you. Hope your mom is feeling better soon.
Your Mommy looks very pretty in her hat, my darling sister! I hope she is feeling better today. I'm sorry she had a headache!
We Ballicai are napping a lot, too. It has been hot and humid, and that makes us sleeeeeepy! *smile* I'll teleport over and we can have a nice snuggly nap together!
Much love and floofysistersnuggles and warm purrs from your Marilyn.
Oh, sweet Miss Peach!
I am very sensitive to cleaning products as sometimes they spark off my asthma. Well, years ago, my lovely black and white cat, Miss Figs, was sunbathing on the bathroom windosill. I walked in wearing gloves and a mask, and she panicked, yelped and tried to get out the window! I had to quickly remove it all and say "It's ok, it's ok, there there! It's ME! ME!" and give her extra cuddles.
I may have given her some tuna, too, for an extra treat. I hope so. I miss her so badly...
I like your mom's cute hat and I hope she's feeling better :)
We hope your Mommy is all better by now!
Anna Sue will run from The Mom if she changes clothes in the middle of he day. She is such a silly cat sometimes :)
We like your bug. We think bugs are helpful to us all.

I think that hat looks very cool!
