MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

IMAGINE A PERFECT SUMMER DAY!!

With chilled strawberry soup...

after you wander in your flower garden...
watching your wee friends take tea together...
under the tumbled flora and fauna of the cottage garden...
sitting beside the brook reading The CATerbury Tales...

dreaming of the days spent by the sand and sea...

How do you imagine your purrrrfect summer's day?

Shall I Compare Thee to a Summer's Day? (Sonnets XVIII)

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimm'd;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance or nature's changing course untrimm'd;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;
Nor shall Death brag thou wander'st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou growest:
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this and this gives life to thee.

William Shakespeare

Ooh Miss Peach you have inspired me to post some photos that Mummy took in the garden that's now in the location of the house in which Shakespeare was born. The show that Isis was in a few weeks ago was just around the corner from there, across the road from the church where he is buried! I think you will like the pretty flowers...

Ramses

Oh, Peachy, that was a lovely post today -- just beautiful! I have never had chilled strawberry soup. I'll bet it's delicious. Perhaps I will teleport over this afternoon to try some.

Chilled strawberry soup, momma says it's delightful on a hot summers day! I think a purrfect summer day would be at mimi-beans house, surrounded by her lush gardens. Momma and me would be on the big back porch with the fans going sharing an angel food cake with cream!! ~Queen Snickers

I am imagining sitting in your beautiful patio having tea or coffee with you and Mommy Karla. We will have a sweet treat too of course. :)
Karla can show me how to do all kinds of lovely crafts while I let sweet Miss Peach curl up on my lap.
I just adore that poem and the flower pictures, especially the one with Peachie are so pretty!
I think a lot of my errand running is done for now. Tomorrow I can get back to more household chores and bloggie visiting.
Toeshee is still pretty wild and will snuggle with me for a a few minutes at a time. I think the big kitties are miffed with me, the "grrls" are at least. Cody is fine. I miss my Velcro Kitty.
I hope you have a beautiful summer evening Dear Ones,
Love and Hugs,
Lorianna

It looks like you had a beautiful summer day under a tree having tea Miss Peach. That was a lovely poem. Mom loved the pictures of the roses. She especially like the white and blue rose. She couldn't believe that they were real. Well Miss Peach I hope you have a very special evening for a very Special You.
