MY WONDERFUL KIMONO...
My dearest friend Adan has sent me a beautiful Kimono from his country of Taiwan. I am most honored beyond belief that he has given me this special gift! The elegant colors go so well with my fur and it fits me perfectly. Adan was the very first guest I ever served tea to in my garden last summer. He is a wonderful gentleman cat. Now when we have tea again we can be dressed in the formal costume of his country. Below is the watercolor that Michico sent to me. She painted this for my 15th birthday in January. It was a formal occasion also. I love the pretty writing paper with the ginkgo leaves and flowers. Such wonderful treasures from the east. My heart thanks you so much Adan and Michico.

Your mom has lived in Glasgow. That is where Mom's Mom is from and Mom's Uncle & wife live in London. Mom has visited there twice. I am not a traveller ;)

We have storm here again. I think I write it every week but it is storm here every week. Yes we live near by the north sea, perhaps it is a stormy area.But all plants are going to be green and we have a lot of spring flowers here.

I don't know where you live now, Miss Peach, but I am about an hour from Portland and used to live in Manhattan, KS. It's a small, small world -- as well as a big, wonderful one!

Miss Peach, we were catching up on your posts when we saw that your Purr-son lived in both Germany and Manhattan Kansas! Wow! We lived in Stuttgart and at Fort Riley, Kansas...do you think we could both be military purrsons? :) We still have friends in Manhattan!
And we are coming to Black Sheep Gathering in Oregon in June! We will be looking at Oregon for maybe moving there in about 4 years.
