MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

WHILE A FIVE POUND BAG OF SUGAR WEIGHS MORE THAN MY PEACH, SHE IS SWEETER!

MY PRECIOUS BRIGHT EYED FUR

TODAY, HOW BRAVE YOU WERE

WHEN I THOUGHT YOU WOULD

SPREAD YOUR TINY WINGS

FLYING AWAY

OVER THE AUTUMN BRACKEN...

YOU SOFTLY MEOWED, "NOT JUST YET,

FOR MY GLASS IS STILL HALF FULL!"

THEN STAY WITH ME

A WHILE OR TWO

AND I WILL BE YOUR SERVANT,

FOR YOU HAVE BEEN MY FAITHFUL FUREND

AND I...

YOUR GLASS HALF EMPTY HUMAN.

COME SIT AND TEACH ME YOUR SWEET SECRETS

AS WE WATCH THE AUTUMN WINDS

WHILE WE BLINK EACH OTHER KISSES...

LOVE ALWAYS YOUR MOMMY AND LAPDADDY

What beautiful words, my Dear Miss Peach you are so loved!

My Mum was home sick yesterday, but whenever she thought of how hard you, a 5lb. kitty fights she felt better and tried her hardest to feel better herself. You are an inspiration my lovely Miss Peach.

Please be well.

*happy sniff* My precious sister, what a lovely poem your Mommy and Lapdaddy wrote for you. And what a beautiful way of expressing what we kitties do for our much-loved beans. We remind our beans of pure joy and unconditional love and friendship, hope and steadfastness and loyalty and of ever-looking forward, of always seeing the sun and not the shadow... Mom calls us Ballicai "love shaped like cats" for we keep her ever-mindful of life's most important and precious gifts.

Worlds of love to you, precious sweet Peachy -- my heart is full of joy for you; we will share many more sister-snuggles and happy days together!

Dearest Miss Peach,

We just read the good - and the bad news. Well we are so relieved that you are doing better somehow but we are also very very worried 'bout this tummy cancer thing. We will keep you sweet little being in our thoughts and hearts and purrayers and we surly hope that - as you said - it's not the time for you to leave soon.

Karla mommas eyes are leaking for you too. She know how hard it is to know that your beloved ones time left here on earth is shrinking. Saying goodbye is so hard to do even when we have time to prepare for the very moment to be.
sending much love and comfoting hugs along with some gentle headboinks form the boys!

As long as Miss Peach feels good and wants to stay around we all are going to be happy!!!!!!

Such lovely pictures of you (what else could they be, however?).
You do continue to rest by the fire and with your Mommie and Daddie. Later, when you are feeling better from all this, get a second opinion about the tum tumor, okay.
Such a brave, wonderful little girl you are.
Yes, there is a patron saint for cats and for those people who love cats. It is Saint Gertrude of Nivelles. One of her quotes is: YE SHALL NOT POSSESS ANY BEAST, MY DEAR SISTERS, SAVE ONLY A CAT.
She is also the patron saint of garderners and herbalists.

Dear Miss Peach, while we of the road trip gang have been very concerned about getting Lucky to Luxor, we have also been very concerned about you. We have all sent our snorts, purrs, and prayers to you to help you get better.
Mickey would like us to visit you, but I do not know if you want over 3o something animals to descend on you while you are not feeling your best.
Please let me know and I will tell the gang.

Oh, you are a pretty girl. We hope you are feeling better. Mom says maybe you could ask the VET if you could have kitten food. It has more calories than regular cat food, and might help if you are not eating as much as usual.
