Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

CLASSIC SOUTHERN ROCK!!!!

I found this for my mommy and wanted to share it with everycat here who used to be a hippie rocker in THE DAY! It doesn't get any better than this...what are some of your favorite songs from THE DAY? Wow can that CAT play or what! Today we are just going to close our eyes, take a trip back and remember when life was sweet, simple and safer. We only travel this road once....but OHHHHH the memories we have for it. Happy reminising...OK where is my tie dyed T~shirt and my suede fringed vest!?

MOL I forgot to tell the younger cats that these cool dudes are The Allman Brothers Band and the name of this classic guitar piece is Jessica. The year was around 197midish, and mommy lived in Germany listening to AFN Radio So what are your favorites?

Oh the Allman Brothers are very well loved in our house. But Meowmy is too young, she was born in 1981.

I'd be very honored for you to send me a giftie!! That is so sweet of you. Meowmy's e-mail is ljparryATgmailDOTcom.

Well, both myself and my humans are pretty young (my mom was born in 1972) but some of the bands from the 60s and 70s they like are The Beatles (of course!) and Canada's own Guess Who.

I wasn't a hippy but my cat at the time was ! Black, yellow eyes and a red collar. She went with me shopping to friends and everywhere. After 20 years she died. Now I have other "hippies", lol ! Especially Arthur who always keeps us busy and little Rosie too ! Nice music btw !

Sorry, but my female human was born 1978. My male human perhaps remembers the time (but he still was a young child).

Mom has a sappy happy smile on her face remembering the Allman Brothers, Charlie Daniels, Dickie Bets, Marshall Tucker and all the other great southern rock bands from the great 70s. Mom says Thank you for the memories Miss Peach.

Oh, we LOVE the Allman Brothers, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, and all those classic southern rock bands. One of my favorite songs is "Sweet Melissa."

Sweet Home, North Carolina?
Hi Peachy Dear,
That chicken mosaic vase you like IS the back of the Christmas Kitty vase you like. See how that works out so well?

Congrats on all your well-deserved awards. You are not named "Peach" for nuthin'!

The Allman Brothers -- ohhhhh, that's a wonderful song. I am crazy for classic rock -- psychedelic and Southern rock. I think my mom has rubbed off on me, *giggle*! What a fabulous video! Thank you as always for the smiles, my precious Peachy sister!

Purrs and snuggles and love from Marilyn.

Well - our Mom is same age as Dragonheart's Mom... But being a native of Alabama, she must claim Sweet Home Alabama by Lynyrd Skynyrd as a favorite song. However, she said Heart is still her favorite band of all time.

I am old enough to remember those days, but I wasn't really into the music much. Oh, I enjoyed listening to it, but I can't say I had any real favorites. I do remember really liking a song called "White Bird", but I don't even know who sang it.
