MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

~Chinese WATER TORTURE~

DISCLAIMER: NO KAT was harmed during this photo shoot or held against her will! (MUCH:)
My dear mancat ALI has his own ideas about how to bathe....

His beans have other ideas about how to do this!

Getting all hot and bothered will not help at all!!!
Might as well relax and enjoy the pretty bubbles. I know that is hard to do for a big hunky cat like you Ali:)

Let me try and show you how. First you get in the bubbled up water...Then let your bean wash out your ears...Next let her clip all of your furniture shredders nice and short...Then she will lather you all up with nice smelling washy stuff. See how much dirt comes off? Look at the icky water I made:)At last! Finally it is over and she will take you out and dry you off...
If you still don't want to help your beans with this torture, then you need to get out an umbrella when they come for you with that water crazed look in their eyes! A pitiful hang cat look might help too. I say 'might' because as you can planely C here....it didn't:(

GOOD LUCK!

Oh wow, you are a well-behaved cat! I wish Puddy could tolerate baths the way you do. In fact, I'm going to show her this in the hopes that it helps her to realise it's not that scary!

I'm glad to see that you are very well-behaved for your bath and pawdicure, Miss Peach. :) I tend to just sit there and let my humans bathe me. No use complaining, since I need weekly baths. Lots and lots of oil and dirt always comes off me too.

That first bath picture should read: 'You realize there will be hell to pay for this, correct?' ;)

Oh Wow those are CUTE! We can't believe you tolerate all that. You are a better cat than we, for sure, Miss Peach. And much more of a night dweller, too! We got to be early so we can wake Mosaic Lady up EARLY.

Muscat sounds great and it's funny you mention Doris Day! Stay tuned for more on that in WCB.

Say...can you tell ML how to post multiple photos with words under each different one? She's been meaning to find someone to tell her how to do that for weeks now. Can it be done with just the blogger template? We can't see how???

Good morning to you, whenever your morning is!

Guten Morgen Piss Peach,
danke fuer das schoene Kompliment ueber meine Augen!
Meine Zofe sagt, sie vermisst das deutsche Essen ueberhaupt nicht, nur das Brot!
I asked her to translate this for me, we sometimes hear her garbling strange sounds into the little thing that humans hold to their ears and then talk to....
And I am sure those jade earrings are very very pretty. But I am sure also that my eyes are prettier!

WOW! Miss Peach, you certainly are a well behaved lady. It looks like you are actually enjoying your bath. This is very amazing. I am very impressed with you. I never had a bath before. Not even once.

I get it now. When you just showed your paws yesterday I thought the example you had to set was for getting something done to you nails. Now I see it's a bath. I had to have bottom baths when I was just six weeks old and learning how to use the litter box. I like water but I don't liked to be dunked in it. You do show how to be calm and take a good bath. The cards are lovey, too. Quite fit the occasion.
Hugs...G

PS mommy & I have visited but not left comments a few times (cause of her jobbie) just to see your pretty tea room. it makes her smile and she hopes to do something like that in her craft/computer/office/storage room upstairs once it is organized.

Oh what a good girl you are! You are very nice to let your mom give you a bath like that. I pretty much become very tense and get upset.

Argh! The indignity of the bath. We hates getting baths. Mom has not tried it since we all got fleas one year. I managed to get effurying that was not nailed down into the sink with me. Then they have the nerve to laugh when you have to walk around and shake yore feets.

Miss Peach I am very impressed at how well behaved you are whilst having a bath! Do you like it? I don't like baths, I do a fine job myself. Sometimes Mum washes me down with a wet cloth and I don't mind that, but I don't think I would like getting right in the bath. However, when my Mum has a bath I sit on the edge of the tub and fish for her toes in the bubbly water : )

Dear Miss Peach's People, what you've shown in your blog is against kitty law in California and if it's not it should be. I think you should have a warning placed on your blog so us kitties can choose to open this page up in front of the eyes of our caretakers or not. Beans can be very impressionable and really should not see such violent acts. The fact that you, Mis Peach, are complacent in this act has me very very worried. Do you need me to call the authorities? Are there any other means of torture that you want to tell us about? Please, please let us know how we can help you.

I-yi-yii!! Those are scary photos to me! Miss Peach, you're braver than I am. My human mom always threatens to put me in a bathtub too. I'll just have to show her these pictures.

Ohhh, my precious sister, what a super good kitty girl you are! I don't think I would behave nearly as well getting a bath as you do. Such a sweetheart you are! I can't stand water. Brainball and Dorydoo like to drink it out of the sink, and MaoMao actively loves to play with it -- and even IN it; one time he got in the shower with our bean Daddy (!!!), but I stay away from the sink and the tub and anywhere water can be found.

Lots of love and purrs and snuggles from your sister,

Marilyn.
