MISS PEACH'S COZY COTTAGE

Welcome to the COZY COTTAGE. This is the furever home of the memory of Miss Peach, our 18 year old Devon Rex angel kitty. I am Miss Hunny Bunny, she asked me to pour you a cuppa catmint tea as you read our old fashion mewsings about this and that. Please come by often...one lump or two? Now our precious Hunny Bunny is also an angel cat...please let me be your hostess at the cozy cottage...my name is Miss Hope.

Remember...only in our tomorrows will we realize what we had in our yesterdays.

~(^.^)~ A Cat I Once Knew ~(^.^)~

This lovely girl is Miss Nola. She lived in a small paradise called Cape Cod with my dear friend Anita and her husband Dave.
She was a good mommy cat to Zydeco and Spike. They wandered through her gardens above the beach and marshes, running and playing with delight for many seasons.
Early this year, in the Winter of her fullfilled life, Nola went to be with her two kittens.
Much loved and deeply missed, she will never be forgotten.
I do not know who wrote this poetry, but I'd love to use it here.
~~~For Nola and Anita~~~
If I go away
What would still remain of me?
The ghost within your eyes?
The whisper in your sighs?
You see...Believe
And I'm always there
Karla, What a wonderful surprise I had this morning!! Suddenly before my eyes was Nola! Oh my friend, Dave and I both cried. Our girls being seen by people all over the world. And such a lovely poem. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.
Still teary eyed,
Anita
that's beautifully sweet!
do you remember dear abby columns about 'pennies from heaven'? how when we find a penny on the ground we can think of it as a greeting from the other side?
in the past month, i've found nickels, dimes and quarters...and a few pennies. it's usually the higher amounts, though. i hope suzanne's doing well across the bridge as she sends me these little greetings.
What a pretty poem, very sad and beautiful. Ms Nola and her kittens were fabulous and gorgeous. We are always teary eyed when our kitty friends leave us.
Ohhhh, that's a beautiful poem, it left be breathless, so haunting and so full of feeling.
What a beautiful cat Miss Nola was, and what a lovely tribute to her, sweet Miss Peach.
*giggle*, I brought a diamond necklace for my part in the story, but it turned out it wasn't needed. Ah well, perhaps my next role *smile*!
Purrs and snuggles from your loving sister,
Marilyn.
