My beans played this song at their wedding in the lighthouse by the Oregon coast in Newport. It was furrry Victorian and romantic...they were married in it's tiny parlor. Called the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse...it even has a ghost!
June is the month for weddings...maybe someday I will have one too. Even an old spinster cat can have her dreams...
Some of you will recognize this tune from the movie "Somehwere in Time" with the beautiful Jane Seymour and the handsome nefurrr to be forgotten Christopher Reeve. This is my favorite movie of all time along with the "Quiet Man" starring John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara. The name of this haunting tune is "Variations upon a Theme" properly known as... a Theme of Paganini, Opus 43, by Rachmaninoff.....it sweeps me away
>(^,^)<
PS: thats mommy in her funny hat, she visits the lighthouse each year when we go on vacation:)
If you bigafy the photo, you will read why I could not come to the wedding...I couldn't find a seeing eye dog...

Wow! That's reely nice myoosik! Maybe I'll play it for Daisy if I ask her owt on a date.
Oh my dear Miss Peach, someday your prince will come! You are a beautiful and sweet girlkitty, and your prince is out there, I'm sure.
That music is so beautiful -- Momma likes to play it on the piano, and she and I both love the movie "Somewhere in Time." It's so romantic (but sad, too *sniffle*!).
Purrs and snuggles from Marilyn!
That moozic is just bee-yootiful. I usually like head-bangin' heavy metal the best, but I gotta admit that Rockmonin... Rackmanin... However you spell that feller's name... he is way kool!
Kittyhugs and purrs from MaoMao!
Sounds like a wonderful wedding. How romantic. FAZ
You would LOVE our town. It is completely Victorian and we even have "Victorian Day" (it was last weekend).
Chase
That is very romantic and beautiful!
Oh, I just read Skeezy's comment. I think that is perfect date music!
