began today all too soon for sweet Audrey. Please visit her bloggy and say a few comforting words. We should know many beacuse we have used them soooo much these past few weeks.
She loved the snuggle blanket that she got last week and spent her time napping in it. Another one just like it to honor her is up for Auction right now on the Cat Blogsphere:) I wish I were a smart cat and could do the linky thing to her blog....but I will learn that from Daisy one of these days I am just sure of it.
This really a sad day for those left behind and a happy day for those who went before! Let us all chose to celebrate in our sorrow.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow wrote one of my favorite poems:
Take this sorrow
to thy heart,
and make it a
part of thee,
and it shall
nourish thee
till thou art
strong again.
Miss Peach and I will be gone tomorrow for the weekend to a retreat in the mountains. It is very welcome right now...we will reflect much and have good fellowship with 9 other ladies. We will miss efurrrycat because there is no PC there. So behave, have fun, eat lots and take long nappies with your beans and buddies till we get back Sunday. Love Miss Peach & Karla

It has been a sad time lately. Hope the mountains help.
As for links, check out Skeezix's blog help website. It should have the answer.
Our secretary (Mom) is not tech savvy and she learned how to do the links. You'll marvel over how simple it is. Here's our secretary's directions: Go to the place that you want to link and copy its URL (web address). It's easiest by right clicking and hitting copy. Next go to your blog posting screen. Highlight the word(s) in your post that you want to turn into a link and click on the little icon that looks like a chain (link) in the tool bar. Right click and paste in the URL box. Next, in the URL box, delete out the http stuff because it is already listed in the "type" box. The two fields merge for the link.
Skeezix or some of the other techie bloggers can probably explain that better, but it works for me.
Come visit our blog. We're having a 200th post contest.
