Hello everyone in Cat Blog Land...my name is Scrappy Cat and this is my family...I have a boyfriend name Lion and two kittens...Little Scrap who looks like me, and the black one mommy calls BooBoo because it is always scared. Truth be known...I am a little bit scared myself because of all the cages that have shown up on my deck this weekend. I do not know what is happening and I am worried. Will everything be alright with me and my kittens? Why is our kibble bowl inside of the smaller skinny cage? Things are not normal around the garden these days...
Scrappy Cat, it's great to meet you! You're gorgeous, we bet your babies are just precious.
ReplyDeleteWe imagine all those cages ARE scary for you, but we're purring that you all will be hungry enough to go into them, including your babies. Because life for you all will be that much better once you do...though you have a few things to endure first. But the "plus" of that is (a) you won't remember and (b) you won't have to have any more babies!
Karla, good luck getting them, and bless you for trying to in the first place!
-Mom Kim and the boys
All of the best to you, my friend. Thank-you for trying to trap these beautiful cats. I have fingers crossed that it will work out.
ReplyDeleteHi Scrappy Cat,
ReplyDeleteWe think a whole new wonderful world will open up for you when you step into those cages.
The Florida Furkids and Angel Sniffie
^Fuzzy Tales mom Kim and the boys are right. We are looking forward to a bonkparty for a clean bill of health, and hooha/ladygardenectomies for all!
ReplyDeletebonks to all of you and a special squeezyhug to Mommie Karla. WE know your heart still aches, but just remember what an absolute honor it was to assist a beautiful Peachflower in her last days.
Mom thinks so often of Caesar and Prinnie. You remember Caesar left without saying good-bye. He knew mom would go insane. Prinnie was a princess all the way until the end. She was Lizzie's kittygirl but she left the day before dear Lizzie came home from kollig for Christmas time.
bonks and loads of kisses

ReplyDeleteOh, you look just like my first kitty, Mr. Whiskers. Please don't be scared of the cages. Mommy Karla wants you all to have a good and healthy life. Thank you, Karla, for taking such good care of the Cozy Cottage Garden kitties. They were truly blessed when they adopted you.
ReplyDeleteScrappy Cat, it will be ok. Mommy Karla has a very good heart, and will take extra-good care of you. Trust us. She knows how.
ReplyDeleteScrappy Cat, be brave and you and all your family please go into the cages. It will be scary, very scary at first, but you'll feel a whole lot better in a while. Having a furrrever home and a warm safe place to sleep is so great after months or years as a stray hiding from every one and every thing.
ReplyDeleteTrust us, we went through it.

Luna and mammy Léia
Don't worry, Scrappy Cat! You have found a wonderful place where you will be cared for.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Karla, you've an instant family to take care of, plus beautiful Hunny! Good luck with them. You have such a wonderful place to entice them to the cage. I've heard that canned salmon (the kind we eat) is the strongest "bait" to entice them into the cage; and also tuna as second. Also to place bits of it along the way to the bowl. And sometimes catnip inside the cage works.
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous kitties and you are great friend to all cats.
Big hugs,
Lorraine
