A LITTLE GARDEN WALKABOUT...

Today it is really hot here in the cozy cottage garden...104*...I spent most of the day sleeping in the garden inspecting the day lilies and wandering into the back yard...
Hello...Shasta daisies, day lilies and our variegated red twig dogwood...
I hope you are all staying well and safe in your corners of the world.  Mommy says it is too hot to think so she is dreaming about autumn...

  2. Your garden looks lovely! Your beans are taking good care of it, with your snoopervision, of course. Our little garden is just getting crispy.

  3. Oh yes, Hunny, my kitties with their fur coats have been lying in front of the air conditioning vents and I've had 3 fans running during these 3 digit days because the air just can't keep up. We finally had some rain and now have 80+ degree days and it feels like fall. What a relief. I slept through a lot of those days too. No energy. I feel like a new person now. I just hope it lasts until I can get caught up around the house and my ATCs. It's been too hot and humid to do anything more than the bare essentials.

Beautiful pics of the garden but especially the first one -- of you!!

Sending cooler temps to you from KY.
    Hugs, pets and purrs,

  4. P.S. I keep forgetting to say I love the new look of the blog -- the birds flitting from and to the trees especially.

  11. My woman says that her brain felt overheated from all the heat, just from sitting in the courtyard. Green becomes you Hunny!
