FLOWERY FELINE FRIDAY

The is mommies favorite autumn flower...the Michaelmas Daisy. It comes in so many pretty colors and we wish we had more of them. They tend to get leggy and are prone to powdery mildew so they need haircuts during the summer months to keep them compact. Heck but we are too lazy to do that, besides it is too hot in the summer here to do much gardening.
So you will have to biggy the picture to find me sleeping under the daisy bush.
I am resting my head on the sweet little bunny, he didn't mind.
And also keeping an eye out for furry guests coming into the garden
I am safe inside the screened in patio...but I did get a tack weed on my butt last night and mommy needed a tweezer to get it off. Never a dull moment at the cozy cottage...see you all tomorrow for LIVESTRONG blog event...

  8. Oh what gorgeous photos of the daisies and of you Ms. Peach. What a sweetie you are and so photogenic. I know mommie has lots of fun taking photos of you in all your special places.

After much preparation (vets, socializing, buying supplies, etc.) We have placed our two outside "friendlies" with a very nice couple and their little girl Olivia. O. has been wanting a kitty for so long and we can't wait to hear today how excited she will be to have not one,but two very sweet kitties (Earl Gray and Mr. Gray). I am missing them so much already but know they will love their furever home. So it is a happy/sad day for me here and I must concentrate on TNR for the ferals. Wish me luck. We have oodles in the neighborhood but lots of low cost appointments coming up.
    Hugs, Pets and Purrs,
    Lorraine
