MONDAY'S MAGIC MOOD>(^,^)<

This is one of Tasha Tudor's drawings. It is her one eyed cat named Minou.

Today I would like to introduce you to a sweet little batch of Devon Rex kitties. They live with my dear friend Diana Nelson in Portland and are guests at the moment. The mommy kitty gave birth to these adorable puddins and they are three weeks old right now. Look at those sweet little tiger stripes! My sweet little Miss Peach once looked just like this many years ago. Now she will be 15 years old on January 10th. Such a blessed life...I love you little Peaches.
Here we come world! (click to bigafy the cuteness:)
Well, maybe we will stay here where it is safe...

Sadly, two kittens from this lovely mommy cats litter did not live long and went to the bridge to get their wings. Sometimes it is hard to be a mommy cat...

  1. Oh dats so sad... My Mummy's meezer lost 2 of her six kittens within minutes of birth, these things do happen to Momma cats... But it's still deeply sad for all concerned... :(

Though it was so lovely of you to drop by for a tuna puff at my party! Seeing you there made my icky sore eye feel a lot better! :) Though My Mummy's not convinced and is therefore taking be back to the VET later on today... Though she says I can go in the luxury PTU and take Isis along with me to hold my paw! :)

  6. I have tears in my eyes for those two little sweet kitties. It is too sad. How many kitties were there? They now have two little angels now looking after them. They are such sweeties.

I love your last post, sorry, but I came not around the last post. The first picture is so nice when you were a little girl. It is a good idea to dream of a sphynx.

  16. Thanks so much for stopping by! We are so glad at Miss Peaches renewed strength! The kittens are adorable, it is sad two did not make it. :( I almost lost one of mine during a very difficult birthing process. Momma was able to rub he's little chest and make him start breathing. We were all very happy. He may not be the brightest crayon in the box today but at least he's happy and healthy and lives with my momma's sister. :)

  17. My darling Peachy sister, thank you so much for sharing those pictures of beautiful Devon Rex mommy and her adorable babies! My heart goes out to the Kitty Mommy that two of her sweet babies went to the Bridge. How sad. But I'm glad she has her two little dears to comfort her. They are all so beautiful!

Oh, what a lovely, lovely idea to pass the Princess Award to Chase! That is simply purrfect. She is a beautiful, beautiful Princess, lovely and brave and regal and such an inspiration to us all! I just love her, don't you? And I admire her so much.

I feel extra-special close to you today, too, dear heart! I hope you are feeling well today -- today has been a cool and rainy day in Tennessee, and all us Ballicai have been quiet and snoozy. Even little MaoMao has been lallygagging more than he usually does, *giggle*!

How exciting about your Lapdaddy's Car Club blog! I can't wait to check it out. I'm sure it will be fabulous! Mom and Dad both like antique cars, too *smile*.

Oopsie, I'm sorry you wet the bed! Sometimes things happen, huh... little oopsies here and there *smile*. I haven't wet the bed, but I got so excited this morning at the thought of stinky goodness that I barfed! Oopsy-daisy!

Mom is hogging our computer something FIERCE! But surely we Ballicai can convince her to let us blog here in a day or so! I am so eager to post your beautiful Box of Life Meme. *smile*

You are my treasure, too, dear heart -- I am so blessed to have you as my sister.

Worlds of love and warm purrs and sistersnuggles from your adoring Marilyn.

  18. Those kittens are so cute.
Prinnie and I are from a litter of 4 and two did not survive. Prinnie and I are the only ones.
I remember when I was that tiny. I was tapping Prinnie very lightly with my paw and she was leading the way to somewhere interesting.

15 is a very good age to be. we are almost 17 (next April).

We hope you had a wonderful day Peachiekins
