VERY WORRIED TODAY...

We are sorry to write that we are quite worried about our dear Miss Peach. She has not wanted to eat for two days now. Her feet are very wobbly when she gets up and some of her breathing is labored at times...her frail tiny body is looks worn out. She does not seem to be in any pain and just wants to sit close to her Lapdaddy under her blanket...please give us your most powerful purrrrs. We fear that she might be being called from the rainbow bridge. We are so thankful for all the wonderful days we have had since Miss Peach became so sick when we first began blogging in 2007. My wish is that Peachy not suffer...As the days go by, she will let me know with her purrs and we will listen closely...for now, I will hold her close...my precious tiny girl.

WELCOME TO MY NEW SPOT!!!

Well another chapter in "Where will Miss Peach sleep next?" is upon you!

I have moved into Lapdaddy's office lock stock and litter girls room box! aCATually I moved under mommies part of the room...under her desk. She gave me my blanket and a tray to hold all of my dishes. Even Mr. Dustbuster got to come along to keep my blanket tidy...

Well I have fresh kitty litter every other day and seem to be happy sleeping in the box....it drives mommy nearly insane that I insist on sleeping in here but I am the boss of my days and ways...and at almost 19 years old...I am not going to change. I will come out later today when my Cole comes home....yeah! Is he here yet Mommy?

I'M IN THERE TOO!!!

Oh I know you might not think this is any fun at all....but for my Cole, I will do anything. We turned the bubble maker thingy on and look what happened!!!! They grew all the way up the walls and spilled out over the floor like porridge gone mad. Cole said that was more brilliant fun than having a birthday! I can't wait for him to come home from Church Camp on Friday...I know we will do this again!

Today our sweet friend Pellie is having a special day...a birthday! She made mommy this cute romantic steampunk ATC that came inside the quilled box she sent last month. Pellie is mommy to our nice friend Ghengis and she loves to make stuff like our mommy does...

We hope you like our little digital ATC in our favorite steampunk style. It was so fun to make...almost as much fun as if it were paper!

IT IS NOT GETTING ANY BETTER AROUND HERE!!!!

There are weeds in the front yard...a mouse ran through the living room last night and mommy freaked out!!! I was outside getting some evening fresh air...when I was commanded to come inside and catch the thing!!! What does she think I am...a killer? I told her to set her own traps while took a nap instead. So two sticky pads with peanut butter...one humane trap with an Oreo cookie...one whack your head off kind with a cookie on it...if you were the mouse, which one would you go for? Oh and Scrappy Cat was mean to me again...she has a lot of nerve...coming around here to eat and dissing me! Oh and to top it all off....she has three little kittens in tow!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things are going to pot around here for sure. Oh and the rents are packing for a day trip on the Columbia River in a paddle wheeler. All alone in the house with a mouse and Miss Peach sleeping in her litter box...Help me Seaborne!

10/16/09 mommy needs to remember that this is the date she has read back to from the beginning of this ARTSY FARTSY most amazing blog...so she can go back when her eyes will FOCUS once again. I had to have a bath today...AGAIN!!!!! Well, I have been sleeping in the litter girls room box once again...I can't seem to focus either right now with Hunny Bunny wandering all over the house and she is even jumping on MY kitchen counter tops leaving those long white fur threads all over it....yuck...a cat that sheds...what could be worse? Well...Scrappy Cat waiting at the porch door each day now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We need to get mommy to FOCUS on ME for a change!!!!!!! After all....I am the queen of the cozy cottage! Sorry we have been such poor friends of late...it is all mommies fault. She spends all of her time at her work bench playing with paper and glue....finding new fun blogs to learn stuff on...then making the stuff...then sleeping as long as she can....then drinking coffee and starting all over again. Oh, she does read her email and the Cat Blogosphere and all the blogs she follows...but but but...there is always a but. She is obsessed with art and I want her to be obsessed with ME so I can go and talk with all of you again!!!! What can I do??? HELP! Thank you for having compassion for my plight...do any of you have a similar sort of plight?

Oh dear friends....look who is here with us for the summer!!! I found him when I woke up at the end of the rainbow! My sweet Cole grandkidbean...oh it will be a fine time for sure... Mommy said it was because I didn't finish my lunch and Scrappy was begging for food... I think Scrappy has a few secrets she wants to tell us all next week...

MY NEWEST SLEEPING SPOT!

I have a new spot (so what else is new) in my Lapdaddy's office! On top of the cozy comforter. Mommy made me real comfortable but putting a pillow sham over the comforter to keep it somewhat clean. I have very oily skin...mommy is always buying nice pillow shams at the thrift store for me. this one matches my colors real well don't you think? She tacked a paper on the wall to keep it a bit clean too...I think she is a clean freak! We love lighthouses...this Thomas Kinkade painting was the wedding gift the beans gave to themselves. If you biggy that photo, you can see the picture on the wall of the lighthouse where they got married in Newport. Please keep all of our dear friends in your best purrrrrs...ML and Auntie Deb need them because they both got big ouchies...

STEAMPUNKED REDHEADS!!

Dear ML and our Auntie Deb outdid themselves once again spoiling us with vintage kitty picture that we love so much. They are purrrrfect for our shabby chic patio shutters. The show kitties doing things having summer fun...wagon rides, and hide and seek!!

Miss Hunny Bunny is delighted to have a mini me. Made by talented artist Cindy Jarasunas...her link is in our sidebar with the white kitty. Charming and sweet just like our dear Hunny Bunny...look at those pink ears and nose! Just another precious handcrafted treasure from the hearts and hands of those who love us. Hunny loves to lay on her back and offer up her tummy for some nice rubs...she runs to the bed when I go into the room and does a somersault and flops herself down waiting...it is too funny to watch. Her mini me is in her signature pose. How did they ever know? The weather is still wonderful for this far into the summer and we are so thankful...we do not want it to get too hot and steamy...

SUCH THOUGHTFULNESS!!!

Our beloved Texas friends have done it again!!! Showered us with a care package to beat the band! We didn't have a mailbox for a few days because Lapdaddy was fixing it...oh kitties it was worth waiting for. We will show the sweet treasure on Sunday because it is cat art extraordinaire... Silly mommy couldn't resist taking a picture of one of the beautiful shawls that was included...she loves it so very much because it is so purrrrrfectly her. It goes with her new jacket like it was made for it...all lace and frilly trim. We can't wait for Sunday to show you the rest. Just keep Hunny Bunny in her pose in mind...that is a little hint. THANK YOU ML and the Sherwood gang for your never ending thoughtfulness...we wonder if dear Auntie Deb had anything to do with this latest caper. Today is her big guys birthday, so we will call her up and find out. Happy Birthday Tim Taylor...daddy to the Taylor CatSSSSS!

Pellie made it with her own hands...all those amazing quilled paper flowers! A purrrrrfect flower garden for our front parlor no matter what the season...they will never fade. The colors she chose match our furnitures purrrrfectly too. We are amazed by every tiny detail...

The butterfly loves the box too...she flew off my head and onto the blossoms right away! The pretty lace reminds me once again of my wedding day when I gave my paw to my beloved Mickey...
I also got some sweet treats from Genghis...how kind to think of me. I love Party Mix...it is the only treat I can keep down. How did you know that Genghis? The Pit'r Pat will be shared of course... We are blessed to have such nice friends and thank them so much for all the goodies...
