How warm I am in my new new LAMMIE blanket...

It is the softest I have ever felt...mommy thinks it is hers,

but Lapdaddy gets it first and puts me under it. Baby It's Cold Outside....Welcome to CAT ART SUNDAY at the snowy cold but cozy cottage! I hope you like all of mommies collages she made this week. She just can't do anything worth while around here anymore except make digital art. Oh it is pretty alright but it doesn't put any food in my dish. But it keeps her happy and on the sofa right next to me, so that is a good thing I guess. She should be helping me visit all of you and type in some nice hello how are you's...but all she does is read the cliff notes and try to keep up with what you are all doing. I think that is good too, but not exactly good manners to read and run! We love you and thank you for being our friends however undeserving of you we are...now ebjoy the kitties below...

This is who I am most thankful for...my grandkidbean Cole who is here for the week! He is trying out mommies walking stick...her back is still hurty.

We have another housepest...oh I mean house guest. Just look at him eyeing the birds in the painting! Yep that is Harley...he is here for the week. Next month he will become a mancat...can you believe it? He is five times as big as I am!

MISS PATCHES FLYS AWAY...

This is what the cozy cottage looked like last night at midnight!! Snow fell softly while we were watching TV cuddled up with Cole. Yes Cole is here for the whole week!!!! YEAH! We are very thankful and put our paws together in prayer...
thankful for a cozy place to rest, someone to love and care for us and someone to give our hearts to...
and someone to pet our heads...thank you mommy...now lay still so your back doesn't hurt you...

MISS PATCHES FLYS AWAY...
our friend Miss Patches flew to the rainbow bridge...the cats of the big piney woods will miss her along with her mommy Toni. We are always sad when one of our kitty friends leaves the earthly realm. Our hearts ache for the empty spot they once filled. We know when they get their wings in heaven, they will fly back from time to time to let us know they are well. A little shadow passes by us in the quiet of the night...they know we are safe despite our sad heart and back up they fly to be with those who went before. Until we join them...they play in the laps of their angel. Please visit and leave some comforting purrrrrs for them here.

FRIDAY AT THE LAZY COTTAGE....

Happy Friday to all you who love us! We are sorry we have not posted regularly this week. Mommy hurt her back getting out of the kidbeans low slung car while grocery shopping...she is bad ouchie! I am keeping her on the sofa with the heaty pad and a new soft lammie blankey. Coffee keeps her happy along with my purrrrrs. We just can't get much done these days but listen to Christmas music and take long naps...sounds purrrrrfect for the change of the seasons anyway. The birds are starting to come by for the red dogwood berries so we will try to film them for you...but for now we will hug our teddy bears and lay our heads down for a long winters nap...

Well kitties....here is what went on this weekend. Gone are the days of coloring books and marbles! Now the world is at their fingertips! Needless to say all three of my men were busy doing their thing each on their own techy funk and wagnal gadget. So I slept the day away and mommy made this cute cat art.
